Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

6. AI Evaluation Disclaimer

Our AI-powered photo evaluations are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for educational and entertainment purposes. The scores and feedback provided are subjective assessments and should not be considered as definitive judgments of artistic merit or commercial value.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates our Content Policy
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the platform for any illegal purposes

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or our Content Policy. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

MCC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
